ConclusionsThis study adds to growing evidence that cardiovascular risk from TRT may be less than once feared. The increased risk of sleep apnea in men using TRT is noteworthy. The study strengths include the large number of healthy and young men exposed to TRT. ConclusionDespite some limitations in the design of this study, we found that most of the treated patients for primary RLS had no association with CVD and hypertension after controlling for key potential confounders. ConclusionsNocturnal hypoxemia in OSA is an important predictor of poor prognosis for patients after MI. These findings suggest that routine use of low‐cost nocturnal oximetry may be an economical and practical approach to stratify risk in post‐MI patients.
