Invasive fungal consecutive infections in a patient with acute myeloid leukaemia

At the first, Aspergillus was isolated from a sinus biopsy. After 4 weeks, while she was taking voriconazole, another episode of fever combined with dry coughs was detected. Fungal culture and histopathology of sinus biopsy revealed mucormycosis.
