Haemodynamic changes during prone positioning in anaesthetised chronic cervical myelopathy patients
Conclusion: Cervical myelopathy patients experienced hypotension with preserved cardiac output in prone position due to a reduction in total peripheral resistance. Hypotension correlated with the number of levels of spinal cord compression.
