Conclusion:18F-FDG PET/CT improved imaging and detection of pulmonary involvement and through TLG value revealed the deleterious smoking effect. The fact that TLG neither detected patients with clinical symptoms and functional impairment nor identified those requiring treatment once again confirms that in pulmonary sarcoidosis the link between activity, severity and decision to treat still eludes us. ConclusionNaOCl is easily available and less expensive than MTA, and our results suggest that the outcomes of NaOCl pulpotomy and MTA pulpotomy are similar. Therefore, NaOCl may be a practical alternative to FC for pulpotomy in primary molars.
In this study, the joints of Inconel625 are made with CO2 Laser beam welding process. The experimentation is carried out with two sets of process parameters varying the laser power and estimating the response of the welded component. Radiography analysis and distortion in the weldments are carried out. Distortion is measured using the Vernier height gauge. The lower the better-quality characteristics are chosen for distortion. The welds are free from flaws and the lower heat input results in the lower distortion.

CONCLUSIONS: Impacted maxillary canines are usually diagnosed by using panoramic imaging or cone-beam computed tomography. Cone-beam computed tomography is the most accurate diagnostic method to identify the localisation of impacted maxillary canines. Palatal expansion can help to avoid the impaction of maxillary canines. Combined surgical and orthodontic treatment is used to treat impacted maxillary canines in permanent dentition. We present the case of a 30-year-old Bissau-Guinean man with HIV-2 infection known for 16 years, irregularly treated, admitted with two weeks of fever, diarrhoea and cutaneous lesions. Examination revealed multiple subcutaneous nodes, Molluscum contagiosum-like lesions, generalized lymphadenopathy and painful palpation of the left iliac fossa.
