An interesting case of catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome
We present a rare case of catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome which resulted in a rare complication of microangiopathic haemolytic anaemia requiring intensive care, prolonged inpatient stay and plasmophoresis.
