ConclusionThe data suggested that GNAS promoted breast cancer cell proliferation and migration (EMT) through the PI3K/AKT/Snail1/E-cadherin signaling pathway. These findings also indicate that GNAS can serve as a potential prognostic indicator and novel therapeutic target in breast cancer.
