Downregulation of TdT Expression through Splicing Modulation by Antisense Peptide Nucleic Acid (PNA).

CONCLUSION: Overall, modulation of splicing events with antisense PNAs targeting the TdT pre-mRNA may be a promising route for the discovery of novel anticancer agents.
