The role of individual reading variability on tdcs effects in children and adolescents with dyslexia

Background: Currently, evidence suggest transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) as a long-lasting promising rehabilitation approach in children and adolescents with dyslexia. Due to tDCS alters spontaneous neural activity, the role of individual variability has also acquired importance. To our knowledge, it is still unknown how the individual variability in reading abilities predicts tDCS effects in individuals with dyslexia.
