Association between beta defensin gene polymorphism and clinical endometritis in dairy cows

In conclusion, our study suggested that the C to T transition within the intronic region ofβ4-defensin gene (position 2239) might be useful for increasing the resistance of reproductive system in Holstein dairy cows.
