Does the age of the child affect drinking in the mothers?

Background: Previous studies have indicated that women living with children experience more stress, alcohol use and depression. We hypothesized that due to differences in stress of parenting children of different age groups; mothers living with children 10years of age or younger would drink more, have drinking problems and have more depression compared to women living with children older than 10years.
