Exercise induced dyspnea among adolescents - prevalence and incidence, a five-year follow-up
Conclusions: Experiencing exercise induced dyspnea was common both at 12-13 and 17-18 years of age. However, only one third of subjects with EID at baseline had persistent symptoms. Females were more likely to both report and develop EID compared to males over a five-year period. Females also had a lower remission rate than males.
