Nailfold videocapillaroscopy changes in Takayasu arteritis and their association with disease activity and subclavian artery involvement

ConclusionIn the present study, we have shown that the hands with subclavian artery involvement have short, thin and tortuous capillaries which could be secondary to hypoperfusion. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report describing NVC changes in TA.
