Infrared thermography brain mapping surveillance in vascular neurosurgery for anterior communicating artery aneurysm clipping.

Conclusions: The ITM seems to be a real-time, safe, and useful brain mapping method to identify different temperature zones and temperature dispersion gradients in the human brain cortex.
