Correlated non-nuclear COX2 and low HER2 expression confers a good prognosis in colorectal cancer

Conclusion: The study suggests that nuclear COX2 in combination with HER2 can serve as potential biomarkers for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of CRC, and targeted inhibition of COX2 and HER2 might be an alternative strategy for the management of CRC.
