Refractive Nightmares Revisited: Calcification of a Multifocal Intraocular Lens

Conclusion: To our knowledge, this is the first case of spontaneous calcification of a hydrophobic multifocal IOL and all cataract/refractive surgeons should be aware of this rare complication.
