Comparison of aural rehabilitation outcomes in presence and absence of back ground noise in hearing impaired children with and without attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

Normally, in the age of 8 to 12 months a child would develop the capability of increasing learning by overlooking noticeable distractors. Due to the fundamental temporal features of speech, one of the main factors for learning language is following auditory information in time. Learning language is heavily dependent on recognising changes between temporal intervals and comprehending the order of components. The perceptual capacity of attention system is capable to decoding data laid in speech. Through the leading years of life, exogenous attention plays a pivotal role in language.
