Anomalous Left Coronary Artery From the Pulmonary Artery: Masquerading as Peripartum Cardiomyopathy

After resuscitation, the patient was diagnosed with an anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery and underwent a successful coronary repair. The management of a patient with clinical features of cardiomyopathy is reviewed.
