Long Term Survival Following Salvage Ct-fluoro Guided Permanent Seed Brachytherapy for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer; A 7 Lesion Case Study
We sought a curative technique to treat recurrent or primary non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) lung cancer with a minimally invasive outpatient technique that could be repeated multiple times, had minimal pulmonary toxicity, was readily available in the community setting and had low dollar and resource cost. Percutaneous outpatient CT-Fluoro guided permanent seed brachytherapy (CTGPSB) fit these criteria.
