Relationship of PCSK9 levels with indices of vascular function and subclinical atherosclerosis in patients with familial dyslipidaemias.

CONCLUSIONS: In familial dyslipidemias, PCSK9 levels are positively associated with predictors of cardiovascular risk, such as central haemodynamics and cIMT.
