Sacubitril/valsartan reversal of left ventricular remodeling is associated with improved hemodynamics in resistant hypertension
CONCLUSIONS: Switching from olmesartan to S/V effectively lowered BP and reversed ventricular remodeling in RHTN. In addition, hemodynamics improvement was also observed. Cryoablation Versus Hybrid Radiofrequency with High and Very-High Power Short Duration Catheter Ablation for the Treatment of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation
CONCLUSIONS: HPSD/vHPSD and CRYO in pAF were comparable regarding the arrhythmia recurrence rates in a 12 months follow-up with excellent safety.
