When Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Charles Bonnet Syndrome Become Lewy Body Dementia

We report the case of a 71-year-old Vietnam veteran with chronic post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and recurrent major depression who had been treated with prolonged exposure therapy and 150  mg/day of sertraline with improvement. His cognition appeared intact, and he was generally functioning well.
