Successful catheter ablation of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia with left lateral bypass tract in a patient with unroofed coronary sinus atrial septal defect
An unroofed coronary sinus (CS) type atrial septal defect (ASD) is a rare congenital heart disease, in which the common wall between the left atrium (LA) and CS is partially or completely absent.1 This condition is often difficult to diagnose because the clinical signs and symptoms are nonspecific. Most of the reported cases were found incidentally.2 Unroofed CS type ASD have been associated with atrial tachycardia, atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia and accessory pathway related tachycardia.
