Lemierre’s Syndrome Presenting as Multifocal Pyomyositis in a Young Child

We present here a case of multifocal pyomyositis caused by Fusobacterium spp. in a young child. Fusobacterium should be considered in the differential diagnosis of multifocal pyomyositis of unclear etiology.
