What lies beneath: 'Cognitive' GPR could vastly speed urban construction

(University of Vermont) Technology being developed by the universities of Vermont and Tennessee uses ground-penetrating radar integrated with photogrammetry and augmented reality apps to provide a view of buried infrastructure six to 12 feet underground at construction sites, vastly speeding the site inspection process.
