BARCELONA (MedPage Today) -- Giving the antiplatelet drug ticagrelor (Brilinta) in the ambulance to patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction didn't improve coronary reperfusion before percutaneous coronary intervention, researchers reported here.
