Analysis of the correlation of gestational diabetes mellitus and peripheral ferritin with iron levels in early pregnancy.
CONCLUSIONS: The high concentrations of serum iron and ferritin in early pregnancy have a certain correlation with the incidence of GDM, and the early detection of serum iron and ferritin levels can improve the detection rate of GDM in pregnant metaphase.
