No evidence of obstetrical adverse events after hyperimmune globulin application for primary cytomegalovirus infection in pregnancy: experience from a single centre
ConclusionAntenatal HIG treatment was well tolerated and not associated with prematurity or decreased birth weight. HIG application might have a favorable effect on the clinical course of congenital CMV infection.
