Fluctuation Dynamics of Clinical Markers in Asthmatic and Healthy Subjects Challenged with Rhinovirus

Conclusion: The study provides proof of concept for the first time that temporal fluctuations of biomarkers differ between healthy and asthmatic subjects before and after RV challenge. Biomarker fluctuation analysis provide novel ways of disease monitoring and prediction of LOC/exacerbations.
