Sarcoidosis and neoplasm, a coincidence?

Conclusion: the presence of TNF-α-863 A allele was associated with higher risk of sarcoidosis malignancies syndrome in our small group of patients. This finding needs verification in a large cohort of sarcoidosis patients.
