Judge Blasts District Agency for Treatment of Defendants With Mental Illness: “Not Here. “Not Now.” D.C. Superior Court Judge Milton C. According to Andrew Saindon, the District’s assistant attorney general, the psychologist was “double-booked” that day; Judge Lee says lack of staff isn’t a valid reason: “This really is contempt.
