Association of miR-146a rs2910164 and miR-222 rs2858060 polymorphisms with the risk of polycystic ovary syndrome in Iranian women: A case –control study
Today, many single nucleotide polymorphisms in microRNA genes are known to alter the microRNA expression levels or processing causing susceptibility of several human diseases. The present study aimed to investigate the association of microRNA-146a (rs2910164) and microRNA-222 (rs2858060) polymorphisms with susceptibility to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in an Iranian population.
