Enhanced wound ‐healing performance of a phyto‐polysaccharide‐enriched dressing – a preclinical small and large animal study

In conclusion, a polysaccharide‐enriched dressing outperformed a traditional dressing in reducing wound size, minimising hypertrophic scar formation, regulating cytokines and maximising antimicrobial effects.
