Suspension state increases reattachment of breast cancer cells by up-regulating lamin A/C

In conclusion, it was demonstrated that suspension state promoted the reattachment of breast tumor cells by up-regulating lamin A/C via cytoskeleton disruption. These findings highlight the important role of suspension state for tumor cells in tumor metastasis. Graphical abstract
