[A case of gonococcal arthritis: Diagnostic difficulties and usefulness of synovial fluid PCR].
CONCLUSION: In patients with high risk of N. gonorrhoeae infection, PCR for detection of gonorrhea in synovial fluid could potentially facilitate the diagnostic of gonococcal septic arthritis.
