Intravenous enoxaparin anticoagulation in percutaneous left atrial cardiac procedures.
CONCLUSIONS: IV enoxaparin without monitoring appears as a potential safe and easy-to-use anticoagulation regimen in percutaneous LA cardiac interventions. Further investigations with larger cohorts of patients are warranted.
