24-Hour Efficacy of Travoprost/Timolol BAK-Free Versus Latanoprost/Timolol Fixed Combinations in Patients Insufficiently Controlled with Latanoprost.

CONCLUSION: The mean 24-h IOP lowering of TTFC was statistically more significant compared to LTFC in patients insufficiently controlled with latanoprost monotherapy.
