Sarcoidosis of the lacrimal gland as a first manifestation.

CONCLUSION: The diagnosis of systemic sarcoidosis with primary presentation of the lacrimal gland was made after performing several immunological studies with negative results, imaging studies, and taking of glandular and lymph node biopsies.
