Parents' Expectations and Experiences of Antibiotics for Acute Respiratory Infections in Primary Care.

CONCLUSIONS: Some parents have misperceptions about antibiotic use for acute respiratory infections, highlighting the need for improved communication during visits, including shared decision making to address overoptimistic expectations of antibiotics.
