Incidence of Bradycardia and Outcomes of Patients Who Underwent Orbital Atherectomy Without a Temporary Pacemaker.
CONCLUSION: Significant bradycardia was uncommon during orbital atherectomy. Performing orbital atherectomy without a temporary pacemaker appears to be safe.
