GAMSAT - Would you do it differently?

To those who have already taken the exam, if you were to do it all over again, would you chance anything? I'm hoping to sit the test in March, and will begin prepping properly in October (hopefully). I will already have covered pretty much all of the Biology in the form of A Level type study, and am pretty good at Essay writing. I plan on buying a few moral/ethics type texts to have a read through over the next few months which I hope will help with sections 1&2. I was going to spend the majority of time swatting up on Chemistry using khan Academy and AS/A Level textbooks, but I'm wandering if perhaps a better idea would be to simply sit down with the past papers and work through the questions, researching the topics as they come up. I've always found that I've retained information better when I've researched it to answer a question, but not sure if this is possible with GAMSAT type questions. thoughts? Rich
