Ethical situation with Jehovah's witnesses

UW question 783 got me thinking about other situations where I'm not sure about what to do. So, we have a mother and child in a car accident and they are both incapacitated and require life sustaining blood transfusions. The husband says that they are Jehovah's witnesses and then hangs up, not giving any further information.
