Strain sonoelastographic evaluation of biceps muscle intrinsic stiffness after botulinum toxin-A injection.

CONCLUSIONS: Strain EUS is a promising diagnostic tool for assessing stiffness in spastic muscles, in establishing the treatment plan and monitoring the effectiveness of the therapeutic modality.
