A Comparison of Three Different CTA Collateral Scoring Systems Ability to Predict MR Lesion Volume and Outcome after Ischemic Stroke (P6.010)

Conclusions: The CS system evaluating collaterals in the sylvian fissure of the affected vs. contralateral side correlated best with follow-up mRS and is a good predictor of lesion volume. This system could be used for prognostication in the acute setting when decisions about intervention may rely on a CTA alone.Disclosure: Dr. De Havenon has nothing to disclose.
