The Effect of Language Barriers on Door-to-Needle Times for IV Thrombolysis Administration in Acute Stroke Patients (P1.266)

Conclusions: We found longer, though not statistically significant, DTN times for LEP patients in comparison to non-LEP patients. Further studies are needed to identify how stroke teams can best address the barriers faced when treating LEP patients. We will perform a sub-study on patients receiving intra-arterial therapy or thrombectomy to elucidate the effect of LEP on door-to-groin time.Disclosure: Dr. Dujari has nothing to disclose.
