Sex- and isoform-specific mechanism of neuroprotection by transgenic expression of P450 epoxygenase in vascular endothelium.

CONCLUSIONS: Overexpression of CYP epoxygenases in vascular endothelial cells protects against experimental cerebral ischemia in male mice.
