Ischemia-Modified Albumin (IMA): A Novel Marker for Preeclampsia Independent of Uterine Artery Notching Identified by Doppler Ultrasound.
CONCLUSION: Maternal serum IMA levels at 20-24 weeks' gestation might be a predictive biomarker for PE, independent of notching of the uterine arteries, maternal characteristics and laboratory findings.
