Increased arterial stiffness predicts cognitive impairment in hemodialysis patients

Discussion Cognitive impairment was associated with higher PWV values in our cohort. Further evidence is needed in order to support arterial stiffness as a long‐term predictor for cognitive decline in ESRD patients.
