Our busy lives get even busier, and we don't devote time to nurturing ourselves. This can cause us to experience the side effects of a life not lived in balance: insomnia, fatigue, and low immunity, to name just a few. Now is when it becomes even more important to schedule a moment of self-care and reap the rewards of that previous pause: peace, joy, and happiness.
