The Secretariat will receive and process citizen complaints or submissions asserting that a Party is failing to effectively enforce its environmental laws. Such submissions shall follow guidelines laid out in the Environment Chapter. The agreement awarded will be for up to $150,000 U.S. Dollars (USD) in FY 2015 Economic Support Funds (ESF).
