CSAP expects MSIs to partner with one or more community-based organization(s) (CBO) to provide integrated SA, Hepatitis-C (HCV), and HIV prevention programs to African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian American/Pacific Islander (AA/PI) and American Indian/Alaska Natives (AI/AN) young adults (ages 18-24) in the surrounding communities. Applicants are required to base their projects on the five steps of SAMHSA’s Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF).
